A Strange Start… But A Strong February

It’s been a bit of a strange start to the year here at Hoopsy Print.

January was fairly quiet. We know that is often the case after Christmas, but it did feel heavier this year. Seeing so many small businesses closing because of the current economic climate has been tough. Small business is not easy right now and if you are feeling that too, you are definitely not alone.

Then February arrived and everything shifted.

We have welcomed lots of new customers, many of you right at the beginning of your small business journey, alongside our lovely returning customers who continue to support us year after year. Every single order genuinely means the world to us. So whether you placed your first order or your fiftieth, thank you. We truly appreciate it.

Behind the scenes we have also been making some changes. We are trialling a new way of managing enquiries and so far it is working really well. It is helping us stay organised and respond more efficiently, which is important as things get busier.

We will also soon be adding a listing to the website that allows you to purchase samples directly online instead of waiting for a message response. We know how valuable time is when you are building a business, so we hope this makes things quicker and easier for you.

We have also launched some new and slightly funky fold-out business cards. They are great fun and perfect if you want something a little different that gives you more space to share what you do. They have already been really popular and we love seeing the designs come through.

Our new range of photoboards has also launched and they are still just £10 for six. They are ideal for product photography and social media content, especially if you are trying to create a more consistent look for your brand. We will be adding more seasonal designs throughout the year, but if you do not see what you need just drop us a message and we will see what we can do.

Printed ribbon is launching this week and the interest in it has been huge already. It is such a simple way to elevate your packaging and add that extra branded touch that customers notice straight away.

And of course our packaging boxes remain our most popular product. Foil and soft touch laminate finishes continue to be favourites and it is easy to see why. They give that premium feel that instantly elevates your brand. If you have been thinking about upgrading your packaging this year, we would love for you to give them a try.
