CLP Safety Label – Round

We can print your CLP’s for you.   You need to supply the label ready to print, the only addition we can make is to add your contact details at the bottom, everything else needs to be laid up in a circular format ready.   Minimum order quantity of 3 sheets of each fragrance.

PLEASE NOTE:   WE ARE NOT CLP EXPERTS WE ARE PRINTERS IT IS YOUR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR CLPS ARE COMPLIANT, YOU MUST SUPPLY THE PDF OR WORD DOCUMENT THAT IS READY TO PRINT.  WE ARE HAPPY TO ADD YOUR CONTACT DETAILS TO THE BOTTOM IF NEEDED BUT WE DO NOT TAKE THE INFORMATION FROM THE SDS SHEETS.  PLEASE DO NOT TICK THE BOX SAYING HOOPSY HAS IT ON FILE IF YOU HAVE NOT SENT THE FILE TO US BEFORE.  Every fragrance supplier is different so there is not one sticker that fits all.

European Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances and mixtures came into force on 20 January 2009 in all EU Member States, including the UK. It is known by its abbreviated form, ‘the CLP Regulation’ or just plain ‘CLP’.  The existing legislation on classification, labelling and packaging has been agreed at European Union level and, from 1 June 2015, applies to all EU member states, including the UK.

CLP does not apply to cosmetic products, which have seperate rules, but it does apply to non-cosmetic products containing hazardous chemicals, such as perfumes or essential oils.  From 1 June 2015, new products must be labelled in accordance with CLP law.  CLP applies to any non-cosmetic product of any size containing fragrance or essential oils, such as candles, wax tarts, wax melts, room mists, diffusers etc.
